cancer resources Supporting the Cause The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation www.beverlyfamilyfoundation.org All funds generated through donations and various fundraising efforts are paid directly to The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. As a three-time breast cancer survivor, Danielle Beverly and her husband Eric joined together to form a foundation dedicated to promoting education, increasing awareness, and providing support and resources for families battling breast cancer. Think Pink Photography www.thinkpinkphotography.org Founded in October 2007 by Central Ohio photographer, Tennille King, Think Pink Photography reaches out to breast cancer patients and survivors in 43 states and seven countries around the world. Think Pink Photography acts as a network for photographers to donate their time and talent, along with serving two purposes: Celebrating Life and Supporting the Cause. Celebrating Life Think Pink Photography strives to help breast cancer patients and survivors to celebrate life with charitable photography sessions. Individuals may choose to document their fight against breast cancer before or during treatment, or prefer to capture their victory with a session after treatment is completed. There is no cost or obligation to the breast cancer patient. Any individual that has been diagnosed with breast cancer or completed treatment within the past 12 months qualifies for a Think Pink session. Clients receive a complimentary portrait session and 20 small prints. Photos by: Visual Statements Photography, Inc. www.vstatements.com The foundation focuses on providing financial support for the chemotherapy and mammography needs of uninsured or underinsured individuals; establishing social and psychological support programs for individuals facing breast cancer, their caregivers and children; and fostering opportunities for individuals to educate themselves and others about the life and death importance of early detection. The foundation currently reaches out to two states here in the U.S. With more funding and growth, they hope to assist people throughout the country. Think Pink Photography hopes to generate the awareness and donations needed for the Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation to grow. How else can I help? Partner with a Photographer Many families that are not battling breast cancer want to know how they can help Think Pink Photography. In addition to making a donation to the Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation, they can hire a photographer from our network for their own portrait session. When they mention the Think Pink Network, the photographer will make a donation to the Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. They can also ask their photographer about the Think Pink Collection - storyboards/collages and note cards. When a product is purchased from the Think Pink Collection, the photographer will make a donation to Think Pink Photography. GET INVOLVED! As Think Pink Photography grows, so will the opportunities for you to become involved and support this important cause.
