Hiram College Summer 2009 : IFCAlumni and friends toured the James A. Garfield Meeting House, which was dedicated on May 14, 2009. Built in 1842 as a church, the Meeting House was moved from Mecca, Ohio, where Hiramites sometimes served as pastors and where President James A. Garfield reportedly spoke on occasion. Today, the Meeting House is the home of the Garfield Institute for Public Leadership. Publication List |
