Plan to attend the American Flag Retirement Ceremony conducted by Wester ville VFW Post 7993 and Westerville American Legion Post 171. Your American Flag will be retired with the respect and dignity that it deserves RQWKHDQQLYHUVDU\RIWKHRIÀFLDODGRSWLRQ of the American Flag by the Continental Congress in 1777. Flags may be dropped off at the Westerville Community Center prior to the retirement ceremony if you are unable to attend.
