The Recruitment experience will be different for everyone, and with an open mind and an appreciation for the policies and guidelines on each campus, the process will more likely than not allow each PNM to find her “home away from home” regardless of the Greek letters on the door. As a result of the release figure method, most groups are making quota, and a higher percentage of PNMs receive bids.
